English native speakers

hello, my name is Soraya. im a student from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies,living in Guangzhou. i really want to practice oral english with some native speakers but failed to make a foreign friend in Guangzhou, which frustrates me a lot. if you are an english native speaker and want to make a chinese friend, please kindly contact me. i can be a good guide in Guangzhou and a good friend, with whom you can have glad talks, trust me.

There are lots of native English speakers in Guangzhou.
You'd better try some local forums for foreigners.

Basically no need to look for a native speaker, in order to improve your english. It's really easy to talk face to face and uses common words in daylife, which do not contribute to your developing vocabulary. I am working for a foriegn compony, and a gemeny seats next to me, everyday i can heard him talking. but always the same topic same words like stuff blur blur blur. Talking is easy but conference call is hard, especially when the foriegner is not a native English speaker. it's hard to understand them. CNN is enough!

hi , i agree with georgelpf very much , it is better to practice to native speaker , but it doesn't matter if you are unlucky to have no one of them, i am in Sinkiang and even have no chance to meet one . but i insisting listen BBC , VOA, CNN, NPR, and others like 680news you know and i do have crush on listening to them everyday. after you listen more and more and you can practice spoken English with your friends and even you can do it with yourself any time any place . ok whatever don't pay more attention on native speaker, by the website you can have more and more native speaker ,like mp3 video  and on . so focus on yourself  .good luck
